Welcome to NXT30. By creating an account or using NXT30, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. What NXT30 Is
NXT30 is a time planning, activity tracking, and review app. It helps users plan their time in 30-minute blocks, record what actually happened, compare planned time with completed behavior, complete daily reflections, and generate structured reports for personal analysis.
NXT30 is designed to support personal productivity and self-reflection. It does not guarantee specific results.
2. Account Use
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
You agree to use NXT30 lawfully and not misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that harms other users or the platform.
3. Personal Responsibility
NXT30 provides tools for tracking, reflection, and personal organization.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, goals, and results. NXT30 does not provide medical, mental health, financial, legal, or professional advice.
If you need professional help, you should contact a qualified professional.
4. Daily Reports and User Content
You may enter reflections, goals, daily reports, mood, energy, wins, time leaks, notes, and other personal progress information.
You own the content you enter into NXT30.
By using the app, you allow NXT30 to store and process your content only as needed to operate the app, save your progress, generate reports, provide backups, and improve the service.
5. ARCANE Coaching Reports
NXT30 can generate structured reports designed to be copied into ARCANE AI for analysis.
NXT30 does not automatically send your reports to ARCANE AI, The Operator Standard App, or any outside service. You choose when to copy, export, or paste your reports elsewhere.
If you share your report with another app or service, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply.
6. Optional Integration with The Operator Standard
NXT30 can integrate with The Operator Standard for users who choose to use both.
NXT30 may reference The Operator Standard and ARCANE Foundation Reports as part of an optional user workflow. NXT30 remains a separate app and does not directly log into or access your The Operator Standard account.
7. Backups and Imports
NXT30 may allow you to export and import account backup files.
Backups are intended to help preserve supported NXT30 app data, such as saved activity records, reports, foundations, goals, reflections, and related progress information, depending on the current backup version and app features.
A backup may not include every setting, temporary record, unfinished entry, system-generated record, or future feature.
You are responsible for safely storing any backup files you export and for choosing whether to restore a backup into your account.
8. Availability and Changes
NXT30 may change, improve, add, or remove features over time.
We try to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that NXT30 will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use NXT30 for illegal activity
- Attempt to damage or disrupt the app
- Access another user's account without permission
- Upload harmful code or malicious files
- Abuse backup, import, or report generation features
- Misrepresent NXT30 or its relationship with other apps or services
10. Account and Data Deletion
Users can permanently delete their NXT30 account and associated personal data directly within the NXT30 app.
Once account deletion is submitted, deletion begins immediately and the account cannot be recovered. The user will lose access to saved time blocks, goals, reflections, reports, and other account content.
Limited information may be retained only when necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.

11. Termination
You may stop using NXT30 at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, abuses the service, or creates security or operational risk.
12. Privacy
Your use of NXT30 is also covered by the NXT30 Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how your information is handled.
