Welcome to NXT30. By creating an account or using NXT30, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. What NXT30 Is
NXT30 is a personal focus, reflection, and daily progress tracking app. It helps users track intentional 30-minute blocks, complete daily reflections, save daily reports, and create ARCANE-ready reports for personal analysis.
NXT30 is designed to support personal productivity and self-reflection. It does not guarantee specific results.
2. Account Use
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
You agree to use NXT30 lawfully and not misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that harms other users or the platform.
3. Personal Responsibility
NXT30 provides tools for tracking, reflection, and personal organization.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, goals, and results. NXT30 does not provide medical, mental health, financial, legal, or professional advice.
If you need professional help, you should contact a qualified professional.
4. Daily Reports and User Content
You may enter reflections, goals, daily reports, mood, energy, wins, time leaks, notes, and other personal progress information.
You own the content you enter into NXT30.
By using the app, you allow NXT30 to store and process your content only as needed to operate the app, save your progress, generate reports, provide backups, and improve the service.
5. ARCANE-Ready Reports
NXT30 can generate structured reports designed to be copied into ARCANE AI for analysis.
NXT30 does not automatically send your reports to ARCANE AI, The Operator Standard App, or any outside service. You choose when to copy, export, or paste your reports elsewhere.
If you share your report with another app or service, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply.
6. The Operator Standard App
NXT30 is built as a focus and reflection companion for users of The Operator Standard App.
NXT30 may reference The Operator Standard App and ARCANE Foundation Reports as part of the user workflow. NXT30 remains a separate app and does not directly connect to, log into, or access your The Operator Standard App account.
7. Backups and Imports
NXT30 may allow you to export and import daily report backups.
Backups are intended to save completed daily reports only. They may not restore raw time blocks, unfinished daily data, or every app setting.
You are responsible for safely storing any backup files you export.
8. Availability and Changes
NXT30 may change, improve, add, or remove features over time.
We try to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that NXT30 will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use NXT30 for illegal activity
- Attempt to damage or disrupt the app
- Access another user's account without permission
- Upload harmful code or malicious files
- Abuse backup, import, or report generation features
- Misrepresent NXT30 or its relationship with other apps or services
10. Payments and Subscriptions
If NXT30 offers paid features, subscriptions, or upgrades, pricing and billing details will be shown before purchase.
Paid features may change over time. If refunds are offered, they will follow the refund rules shown at the time of purchase or the rules of the platform where the purchase was made.
11. Termination
You may stop using NXT30 at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, abuses the service, or creates security or operational risk.
