We collect the information needed to create and secure your account, save your progress, generate reports and insights, operate the service, and provide support.
Our Privacy Commitment
NXT30 rejects the surveillance-based app model that treats personal data and attention as products.
We believe your goals, reflections, time, and progress should be used to help you, not to profile you, advertise to you, or sell access to you.
NXT30 collects only the information reasonably necessary to operate the app, save your progress, provide the features you choose to use, and generate the insights and reports you request. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Your progress belongs to you. Our goal is to give you a clearer, more honest way to build your life while collecting as little personal data as reasonably possible.
Information We Collect
NXT30 may collect:
- Your email address and account/login information
- Time plans and completed time blocks
- Goals and daily report data you choose to enter
- Reflection entries, mood, energy, wins, time leaks, and improvement notes
- Reports, including ARCANE Coaching Reports you choose to generate, copy, or export
- Backup import/export data and files you choose to use
- Support messages you send by email
- Limited technical information needed for security and reliable operation
NXT30 is not designed to collect unnecessary personal information.
Account Authentication
NXT30 uses account authentication to let users create an account, sign in, secure their account, and access their saved progress.
NXT30 currently supports email/password account access.
NXT30 does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google services.
NXT30 does not use account information for advertising or unrelated profiling.
How Your Data Is Used
Your data is used to:
- Create and manage your account
- Save your time plans, completed time blocks, goals, reflections, and progress
- Help you track progress over time and review insights
- Generate reports, including daily summaries and ARCANE Coaching Reports
- Restore saved report backups if you import them
- Respond to support requests
- Protect the service, troubleshoot technical problems, and improve security, reliability, and the service
Data Sharing
NXT30 does not sell personal data or share personal data for advertising.
Trusted service providers may process information only as needed to provide authentication, hosting, database storage, and email support. These services are used to help NXT30 function.

- Netlify hosts the public marketing website at buildnxt30.com only. It does not host NXT30 app user accounts or the app database.
Support messages are processed as needed to respond by email.
ARCANE Reports
NXT30 can generate structured reports designed to be copied into ARCANE AI for analysis.
You decide when to generate, copy, export, or paste a report.
NXT30 does not automatically send your reports to ARCANE, The Operator Standard, or another outside AI service. If you manually share information with another service, that service's own privacy policy applies.
Data Retention
We keep account data while your account remains active, unless a longer period is legally required or needed to prevent fraud or security abuse.
Account deletion begins immediately once submitted in the NXT30 app. See Account and Data Deletion below for details about deletion and limited information retention.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You can choose what information you enter into NXT30.
You can export your completed daily reports as a backup.
You can choose not to generate or copy ARCANE Coaching Reports.
You may request access, correction, or export of your personal data by emailing support@buildnxt30.com. For these requests, we may ask you to verify account ownership. Account deletion is submitted directly within the NXT30 app.
Children
NXT30 is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. The current version is available on this page, with the last updated date shown above.
