NXT30 uses minimal data collection. We collect only the information needed to create and secure your account, save the plans and completed activity you record, generate your reports, operate the app, and provide support.
Information We Collect
NXT30 may collect:
- Your email address for account creation and login
- Basic account information needed to keep your account active
- Daily report data you choose to enter
- Reflection entries, mood, energy, wins, time leaks, and improvement notes
- ARCANE Coaching Report data you choose to generate or copy
- Backup files you choose to export or import
- Support messages you send by email
- Basic technical information needed to keep the app secure and working properly
NXT30 is not designed to collect unnecessary personal information.
Google Sign-In and Account Information
NXT30 uses Google Sign-In only for account authentication. NXT30 may process the minimum account information required to identify and secure a user account.
NXT30 does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google services.
NXT30 does not use Google account information for purposes unrelated to authentication.
How Your Data Is Used
Your data is used to:
- Create and manage your account
- Save your daily reports and reflections
- Help you track progress over time
- Generate daily summaries and ARCANE Coaching Reports
- Restore saved report backups if you import them
- Respond to support requests
- Improve app reliability and security
Data Sharing
NXT30 does not sell personal information.
NXT30 does not use personal information for advertising.
We only use trusted service providers when needed to operate the app, such as account login, hosting, database storage, and email support. These services are used only to help NXT30 function.
ARCANE Reports
NXT30 can generate structured reports designed to be copied into ARCANE AI for analysis.
You control when a report is generated and copied.
NXT30 does not automatically send your reports to ARCANE, The Operator Standard App, or any outside AI service. If you paste your report into another service, that service's own privacy policy applies.
Your Control
You can choose what information you enter into NXT30.
You can export your completed daily reports as a backup.
You can choose not to generate or copy ARCANE Coaching Reports.
